Through jewellery, Ibrahim wanted to demonstrate Dubai’s juxtaposition of a cushioned and glitzy lifestyle to the extreme end of hardworking people endlessly striving to build their lives in the city. The soft fabric mesh combined with solid hard rock beads is an integration of delicacy, ambition, attitude, strength, glamour and elegance. Each piece consists of various embellishments, layers and dimensions; a true embodiment of where and how the artist lived in Dubai.
